Once you have read through the options, let's schedule an intro session to discuss your health goals and which package is a good fit for you!

ONE-ON-ONE NUTRITION COUNSELING

Individual nutrition assessment and counseling. I will evaluate your diet and current health, and together, we will work on customized nutritional changes. You will learn the importance of having a healthier lifestyle and what choices to make when fueling your body and feeling your best. I will tailor your sessions to fit your lifestyle and individual goals.

Each session is 45 minutes via FaceTime, Zoom, or in person.

One 20-minutes initial consultation (free short interview!)
Weekly 45-minutes follow-up consultations (4 total)

CUSTOMIZED MEAL PLAN

Two 30-minute sessions via FaceTime, Zoom or in-person plus a customized meal plan consisting of 28 days. I will create an overall wholesome plant-based meal plan so you can start living a wholesome life. You will receive breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner recipes, along with supplement recommendations. We will also provide resources we love, nutritional assessment and a grocery list!

First session is 20 minutes via FaceTime, Zoom, or in person.

One 20-minutes consultation (free short interview!)

Two 30-minutes consultations (nutritional assessment, goals, making the shift, supplement recommendations, great resources, and your customized meal plan)
